Atolira is a participation and registration platform where you can discover and register online for creative workshops, events, experiences, and skill courses.
How can I purchase bookings for workshops and experiences?
Select the workshop or experience you would like to attend, view the available dates and times, choose the number of participants, and complete your booking online.
Can I purchase bookings without being a member?
Yes. You can book a workshop on Atolira without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to access your bookings and account information more easily.
Where can I view my booking?
Registered users can track their enrolled workshops, events, or experiences under My Bookings. A confirmation email with your registration details will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Where can I find the location and time of an event?
The date, time, duration, and location are provided on the relevant workshop or experience page.
Can I request a cancellation or change to my booking?
Cancellation, change, and refund conditions may vary depending on the workshop, experience. The applicable conditions are stated on the relevant event page.
If you would like to request a cancellation, you can submit your request through our Contact & Support page within the cancellation period specified on the event page. For events that allow cancellations within a specified period, the deadline is calculated based on the event start time and Türkiye time (GMT+3).

What happens if the workshop or experience is canceled?
In the event of a workshop or experiences cancellation or a significant change in its schedule, you will be notified via your registered contact information. The applicable refund or change process will also be communicated to you separately.
How can I make a payment?
You can purchase your bookings through Atolira's secure online payment infrastructure. Available payment methods will be displayed on the payment screen.
I own a workshop studio or I am an instructor who runs my own studio. How can I become an Atolira partner?

For support requests, you can fill out the contact form on our Contact & Support page or reach us through the specified communication channels. When making requests regarding booking, payments, cancellations, or refunds, specifying your order/booking number will help us review your transaction more quickly.
