Refund policy
The cancellation, refund, and postponement processes for the participation/booking registrations you create for workshops, workshop sessions, experiences, or recurring events are carried out in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts under the following rules:
1. SCOPE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (LEGAL INFORMATION)
Pursuant to Article 15/1-g of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, consumers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal (unconditional right to a refund) for event or workshop agreements relating to entertainment, recreation, and leisure activities that must take place on a specific date. By completing the participation registration, the Customer acknowledges and declares in advance that there is no statutory right of withdrawal or refund without cause for this service.
2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
-
Dynamic Cancellation Conditions: Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the workshop, events or experience registered for and the conditions determined by the relevant Service Provider (Partner). The applicable registration cancellation and refund conditions are clearly communicated to the Customer on the relevant Event page before registration.
-
Submitting a Request Through the Support Channel: Participants cannot directly cancel their participation registrations through the automated system. Customers wishing to request the cancellation of a registration must submit a written request through Atolira’s support channels (email or support form) within the periods and under the conditions specified for the relevant Event.
-
Review and Refund Process: If the request complies with the applicable registration cancellation conditions, the participation registration shall be canceled by Atolira and, if a right to a refund arises, the refund process shall be initiated through the relevant payment method.
-
Final Registrations (Non-Refundable) and Late Requests: No refund, postponement, or change shall be provided for Events designated as “Final Registration / Non-Refundable” or registrations for which the announced cancellation period has expired, without prejudice to mandatory rights arising from applicable legislation.
3. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO PUBLIC ORDER, BREACH OF RULES, AND PARTICIPATION CRITERIA (CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED)
In the following circumstances, Participants shall not be permitted to enter the Event venue, shall be removed from the venue, and shall under no circumstances be provided with a refund, placement of the registration on hold, or a date change:
-
The Participant displays aggressive or abusive behavior that disturbs public order before or during the Event, fails to comply with the instructor’s directions, or disrupts the Event;
-
Entering the Event venue under the influence of narcotics, stimulants, or alcohol to a degree that disrupts public order or safety, or using unauthorized substances, is prohibited. Events at which the Partner permits the serving or consumption of alcohol as part of a special concept or includes it within the participation registration are exempt from this restriction. However, even at such Events, Participants who disrupt public order, the Event, or safety due to excessive alcohol consumption shall be removed from the venue and shall not be entitled to a refund;
-
The information declared during registration, including age and physical condition, is false, or it is determined at the venue that the Participant does not meet the “Who Can Attend” criteria stated on the Event page, including required qualifications or preparation;
-
The Participant acts in breach of the Event rules, venue safety instructions, or prohibitions on unauthorized recordings that infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.
4. REFUND PROCESS AND PROCESSING TIMES
For approved registration cancellation and refund requests, the amount shall be immediately reported by the Intermediary Service Provider (Atolira) to the contracted licensed payment institution and virtual POS system, and the refund process shall be initiated. Depending on the banks’ processing procedures, it may take between 7 and 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear on the card.
5. EVENT CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, OR ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS

For cancellations attributable to the Partner, Atolira shall return the registration fee directly to the card used for payment, and the relevant amount shall be deducted from the Partner’s payment entitlement.
6. INVOICING AND REFUND PROCEDURE
Atolira is an Intermediary Service Provider. If a registration/service invoice has been issued for the canceled Event, the cancellation of the relevant invoice or the refund invoice process shall be handled between the Service Provider (Partner) and the User. Atolira is responsible for returning the full registration fee to the Buyer through the payment institution’s infrastructure.
